Our Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) generators are recommended for the reduction, control and prevention of Legionellosis in both direct mains fed and stored water hot and cold systems. Our generators are the safest and most reliable generators available in the prevention against Legionella. The systems are designed to produce Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) by mixing Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) and Sodium Chlorite (NaClO2) in a reaction chamber through suction lances before dosing into the system. Integrated level switches automatically stops the pumps when the chemical tanks are empty.
As our systems are designed to produce Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) in a sealed reaction chamber and then feed direct into the system, there is no stored Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) so, no Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) gas or concentrated solutions exist outside of the process application.
